WISHLISTED. JUUN.J neoprene sweatshirt

If I ever said my life was hectic, I was lying. NOW IT IS. I'm flying to London in 5 days where I'll be going to London Fashion Week (YAAAY!!!!), but that Wednesday seems miles away. I have a lot (and I mean A LOT) to do before I go. Sometimes it feels like people can smell my departure so they have more plans than ever. Still, it feels amazing working the job I've always dreamt of. Seems like I never act too generous, but I'm extremely happy with what I've got and what I've achieved (I need a little confidence boost since my zombie level is up, and my sleep level is down low).

And as LFW is getting closer, my panic for finding outfits is at CODE RED level right now. I just need a day (which I don't have) to just put everything to place, and find at least 5 appropriate outfits. For now, I know I'll be wearing a custom made SOEL by Sonja Lamut suit, and a total H&M look (soon a relevant surprise here on my blog ˆ.ˆ), but I'm clueless about the rest. And as I was cluelessly clicking away through the wilderness of the Internet, I stumbled upon an amazing design from the AW 2013 collection by a Korean fashion designer called JUUN.J.

It's this avant-garde oversized sweatshirt made out of neoprene in a digital print (as amazing as it sounds, it looks even 10x better). In terms of design, it kinda resembles the famous Balenciaga sci-fi printed neoprene sweater (HERE), but the artistry of the print makes this piece as unique as it gets. The graphics are made in collaboration with the amazing Greg 'Craola' Simkins based in USA.

The combo of realism element of the drawings, and the surrealism of the shape this piece is one-of-a-kind unique item that I'd wear in a heartbeat - wether with a pair of skinny jeans or a slim-fitted tuxedo pant. Anything you give me, I'll wear it with.
